Bring your beverages, snacks, sun block, towel & sun glasses - then prepare to experience Chicago in a way most people never will.
(4-hour+ bookings are standard and take priority in scheduling).

Captain Fees & Gratuity:
Clients will be provided a recommended list of captains for your consideration. Captains are not employees of ATYE, and clients will align on rates for service directly with captains. Typical rates range between $100-$125/hr. on non-premium days.
You have the right to hire any captain of your choice.

Passenger Waiver Form:
Completion of a Passenger Boat Waiver is a condition of participation. All passengers must sign waiver prior to the Yacht Experience and before boarding. Waiver’s exempt and release Aqua Therapy Yachting Experiences LLC and its associates from liabilities and negligence of any kind. Request waiver from Owners and/or your "Lead Charterer/Organizer.
Cancellation Policy:
100% rental deposit refund for Cancellations occurring 5 or more days before scheduled experience. Rental deposit will be forfeited for cancellations occurring less than 5 days from scheduled experience, (Different for Premium Dates and Multiple Boat Rentals).
We reserve the right to cancel an experience (which occurs on rare occasions but not uncommon, due to the following conditions and/or for other health, safety or unforeseen matters):

Weather Related Hazards and Advisories: Including but not limited to High winds; Small craft advisories; Waves over 3 feet; Thunderstorms or threat there of; Any Inclement weather/rain; Fog, etc. Captain will assess matters at hand and determine a "go or no go experience" as late as one (1) hour before scheduled experience departure. Feel free to remain in contact with the captain, nonetheless we will be in touch with you.

Mechanical breakdown

Harbor is closed or access is restricted

Local, State or Federal orders

Any other health and safety matter, etc.
We will work with clients to reschedule their experience for a different time the same or different day in the event of a need to cancel.
If an "on the water" experience must be cut short due to matters directly related to the operation of the vessel, we will work with clients to determine the best resolution or prorate refunds based on the balance of time remaining on the scheduled experience. This excludes matters not or our own doing. Nonetheless, we are reasonable and will work with our clients.
Aqua Therapy Yachts and its agents accepts no liability for cancellations due to any of the above referenced matters or unforeseen issues out of our control.
