Aqua Therapy Yachting Experiences only collects general data (first name, last name, email address, telephone number, location and “details of request”) provided by customers through our “Ask the Captain” online booking request form. This includes information received directly from clients seeking additional information or booking through our site.

We use customer submitted information solely for the purposes of accounting for the number of visitors to our site and for identifying and communicating with you as a client in relation to your interest of learning more about our company’s offerings and for booking desired experiences. Aqua Therapy Yachting Experiences may periodically communicate with you regarding special boating events and other related aqua therapy yachting opportunities.

We do not sell customer information. We may, however, share relevant data with third parties only when it is necessary to fulfill a client’s desired yachting or concierge services packages. Requesting such services authorizes our company and its agents to share your data to assist in answering questions or creating requested experiences.
