    Aqua Therapy Yachting Experiences only collects general data (first name, last name, email address, telephone number, location and “details of request”) provided by customers through our “Ask the Captain” online booking request form.  This includes information received directly from clients seeking additional information or booking through our site.

    We capture information for the sole purposes of business operations related to site visitors and for identifying and communicating with clients regarding your desired booking experience.  Aqua Therapy Yachting Experiences may periodically communicate special boating events and other related aqua therapy yachting opportunities.

    We do not sell customer information.  We may, however, share relevant data with third parties only when it is necessary to fulfill a client’s desired yachting or concierge services. Requesting such services authorizes our company and its agents to share your data to assist in answering questions or creating requested experiences.  Upon customer’s request, Aqua Therapy Yachting Experiences will explicitly share what data and with whom an individual client’s information may have been shared.  OPT IN COMMUNICATIONS (Email/Text):  Client recognizes and agrees that Initiating communications with Aqua Therapy Yachts, Captain J and his agents provides expressed consent and agreement to communicate via and receive text message communications.  I can reply STOP - if I no longer choose receive text or exchange communications in text.  By pressing submit and/or engaging in text exchanges, I agree to receive communications, updates & offers  via TEXT from AquaTherapy Yachts.

    Images/Videos:

    I (charterer or attendee) understand and agree that all imaging (photos/videos) obtained by ATYE and/or their agents, will become the property of Aqua Therapy Yachting Experiences LLC. I hereby irrevocably authorize Aqua Therapy Yachting Experiences LLC to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful and appropriate company print or social media purposes.
